Giant Steak Salad with Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

Makes 1 serving

Macros: 682 cal, fat 48g, carbs 24g, protein 47g, fibre 5g

Ingredients:

3 cups mixed greens

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cucumber, chopped

1/4 cup raw pecan halves

5 oz striploin steak, measured raw


DRESSING: (Makes 2 servings)

2.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Dash of salt

Dash of pepper


Directions: Cook steak to your liking. In the meantime combine ingredients for

the homemade balsamic vinaigrette. Whisk or shake in a container to combine.
