Simple Lettuce Leaf Dressing

Makes 12 servings

Macros: 98 cal, fat 9g, carbs 4g, protein 0g, fibre 0g,

Ingredients:

1/2 cup lite vegetable oil - safflower

1/2 cup white vinegar

1/4 cup raw sugar

1/2 tsp pink salt

1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a mason jar, shake well to blend and add to fresh picked garden lettuce. Tweak recipe as you like the taste. So delicious!
